This vibrant mixed media piece was created using molding paste, acrylic paints, collaged tissue papers, gold foil and gesso. Fine-line paint writers were used to create spots of detail. Resin was added as it’s final layer which helps create depth and made the colors “pop” with a high glossy finish. It’s textured elements help with the movement of the colorful blooms which can’t help but make you smile!
The subject matter is continued onto the sides of the canvas giving interest from all angles of view. It is framed in a black illusion’s floated frame.
